1. Open Windows (Vista) Mail , go to Tools menu and select Accounts... Click the "Add..." button.
2. Make sure 'Email Account' is selected and click on "Next" button.

3. Enter your Display Name. (This is your full name as you would like it to appear when you send messages to other people.) Then click Next.
4. Enter your fully qualified E-mail Address. (
This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
) This is the address that your contacts' email program will reply to your messages.
5. Click Next. Within the 'Setup e-mail servers' screen:

Select IMAP from the list of server types.
- Enter imap.enterprisewebmail.net in the "Incoming Mail Server" field.
- Enter smtp.enterprisewebmail.net in the "Outgoing Mail Server" field.
6. Click Next. Enter your fully qualified email address in the "Account Name" field, and your password in "Password" field if you wish. (

7. Click Next . Make sure 'Do not download my e-mail and folders at this time' checkbox is checked and click "Finish" button to return to your account list.
8. Highlight your email account account, then click "Properties" button.

9. Within the 'General' tab, make sure your full name and email address are entered correctly.
10. Click the 'Servers' tab.
11. Under Outgoing Mail Server, check the box labeled "This server requires authentication".
12. Click 'Settings' button.Check that Logon Information is set to Use the same settings as my incoming mail server.
13. Click "OK" button.
14. Click the 'Advanced' tab.
15. Make sure that the SMTP Port Number is set to 5125.
Make sure that the IMAP Port Number is set to 143.
16. Click OK!
